The Committee considered that it should especially draw the Governing Body's attention to certain cases due to the seriousness and the urgency of the issues raised therein. These cases concern the following countries: Haiti (Case No. 2052) and Venezuela (Cases Nos. 2067 and 2088). 10. Furthermore, due to the Haitian Government's total lack of cooperation in forwarding observations regarding the recent complaints submitted against it, the Committee requested its Chairperson, pursuant to paragraph 61 of the Committee's procedure, to make contact with the representatives of the Haitian Government attending the International Labour Conference in order to discuss the matters at issue.

	2002	1 (march)(4)	1787	Colombia	14.The Committee considers it necessary to draw the Governing Body's special attention to Case No. 1787 concerning Colombia because of the extreme seriousness and urgency of the matters dealt with therein.
		2 (june)(5)	1787 1961	Colombia Cuba	11.The Committee once again considers it necessary to draw the Governing Body's special attention to Case No. 1787 concerning Colombia because of the extreme seriousness and urgency of the matters dealt with therein. It also draws the Governing Body's attention to the pending cases concerning Venezuela because the Government's refusal to extend the mandate of the direct contacts mission to these cases, as well as on the cases concerning Croatia (Case No. 1938) and Cuba (Case No. 1961) in which the governments have not yet given effect to the Committee's recommendations.
		3 ( Nov.)(6)	1787 2154 2201	Colombia Cuba Ecuador	11.The Committee once again considers it necessary to draw the Governing Body's special attention to Case 1787 (Colombia), 2090 (Belarús), 2154 (Venezuela), 2184 (Zimbabwe) y 2201 (Ecuador) because of the extreme seriousness and urgency of the matters dealt with therein.

The Committee considers it necessary to draw the Governing Body’s special attention to Cases Nos. 1787 (Colombia), 2189 (China), 2090 (Belarus) and 2203 (Guatemala) because of the extreme seriousness and urgency of the matters dealt with therein. Furthermore, the Committee wishes to draw the special attention of the Governing Body to the extremely serious and urgent situation in Venezuela, which has been shown by the continuing progression of complaints brought before the Committee concerning repeated violations of freedom of association for both the workers’ and employers’ organizations. In this respect, the Committee would refer to its examination in the present report of Cases Nos. 2058, 2067, 2088, 2160, 2161 and 2191.

The Committee considers it necessary to draw the Governing Body’s special attention to Cases Nos. 1787 (Colombia) and 2090 (Belarus) because of the extreme seriousness and urgency of the matters dealt with therein. Furthermore, the Committee feels it necessary to draw the Governing Body’s special attention to the total lack of cooperation demonstrated by the Russian Federation in respect of Cases Nos. 2185 and 2199.

The Committee considers it necessary to draw the special attention of the Governing Body to Cases Nos. 1787 (Colombia), 2268 (Myanmar), 2318 (Cambodia), 2323 (Islamic Republic of Iran) and 2365 (Zimbabwe) because of the extreme seriousness and urgency of the matters dealt with therein.
	2006	1 (march)13	1787	Colombia	4. The Committee considers it necessary to draw the special attention of the Governing Body to Cases Nos. 1787 (Colombia), 2268 (Myanmar), 2412 (Nepal) and the follow-up to the Commission of Inquiry recommendations in the article 26 complaint against the Government of Belarus because of the extreme seriousness and urgency of the matters dealt with therein.
		3 (november)14	1787 2445	Colombia Guatemala	4.The Committee considers it necessary to draw the special attention of the Governing Body to Cases Nos. 1787 (Colombia), 2449 (Eritrea), 2445 (Guatemala) and 2313 (Zimbabwe) because of the extreme seriousness and urgency of the matters dealt with therein.
